The Scranton Lackawanna Human Development Agency now has an office on the first floor of the Marketplace near the Boscov's entrance.
Services available are the Utility Assistance Program, Workforce Initiative, Rental Assistance Program, and Vehicle Assistance Program.
IdentoGO also provides a wide range of identity-related services at this location. Primary services being the secure capture and transmission of electronic fingerprints for employment, certification, licensing and other verification purposes.
